Plagiarism/Copyright Ownership in Technology and Life

From a very young age my ability to provide innovative ideas , interest in technology in social media and software design to creating websites/smart energy/visual marketing became a passion of mine. Applying these vision's/skills within a number of industry's and understanding of how technological advancements or requirements/services to creativity new innovative ideas within business today.

Today is the day, that everyone will know where plagiarism and copyright ownership has been encountered. During this time people did take advantage of my achievements, knowledge, creativity for there own personal gain. As like it has for many.

Plagiarism can occur in so many ways also continue to deter persons from stand up and tell the world whom was the creator in which has happened to me. Plagiarism and copyright laws also new product ideas and by whom. Also any websites created or new business idea's that have been acquired or stolen by others. Today technology can provide time/dates, someone's personal visual design expertise/development/creativity and see whom was for example the designer or developer of a software program today.
Also whom has violated the author or there right for recognition or no communication at all to the person whom was to be aware of there success over the years can be investigated and then questioned.

One of the most important aspects is being deterred from speaking your mind, this or has been encountered by many. As this may financially effect them or humiliate them within society today.

Especially where plagiarism and copyright ownership exists many aspects have occurred. From stealing maybe someone's ideas or even prolonging the outcome of admitting that plagiarism or copyright infringement is always the case by many. Also will continue to do so if is possible.

Family, friends or colleagues/organisations will or are living a great life benefiting from your hard work.

This is where certain laws are there to protect you and investigate or approach persons whom have or are committing plagiarism and copyright infringement/ownership whom will be ready to query if required today.

Expertise

My areas off expertise covered a number of areas, my work became a passion which gave me the chance to strive, being a programmer/web developer/designer. This vision paved the way too a number of success within a number of industry's. Or own business ideas/marketing - visionary aptitude.

But at the same time my own vision/solutions I was then able to provide and develop my own business ideas. That now today are used everyday globally today.

From developing my own software, new innovative ideas did occur that would benefit every organisation's, home around the world as well as persons with disability's read or communicate through software, to help them everyday change how we communicate easily through technology, mobile phones, video conferencing, communication via social media.

By developing software and skills in social media to developing software/creating websites, how we communicate globally today via smart energy. Gave me the chance to create and develop my own product ideas/advancements within technology/understanding and analysing data, starting my own businesses and creating websites today. To transform digital energy, next generation in cloud innovation, video conferencing to creating Zoom.

My vision and knowledge, skills gave me the chance to start up my own business, but also owning the copyright to any software or website created/design or new product ideas databases/POS/new programming language.

I developed, a number of websites. One of the first organisations I worked with after university paved the way, in a number of skills and knowledge also how social media can change there organisation and communication also acquire data. From developing database, developing software/implementing strategy's and as well as next generation visionary solutions within a number of different industry's today.

Visual Marketing gave me the passion and strive also to provide future next generation solutions/ideas and aptitude for my own business start ups/innovative ideas. Leaving your own personal imprint, as many of us do from even the way we have created or designed, this you will see from design/development strategy before implementing always. Previous skills and knowledge from working in different industry's, project management skills to innovative new solutions /business start ups/due to this I was able to leave an imprint in anything I created and developed. Even the terminology/grammar can be seen as imprint into everything they may do, which will provide evidence if required today.

Programming/analytical expertise/ visual marketing then became second nature to me, also the future of many organisations ideas via social media in which company's will be able to benefit from my designs in so many ways. Focusing on this area, programming/analytical data, creating/developing software then a interest to communicate globally was my skills and attributes. By taking the digital world in a different direction in so many ways.

Copyright and plagiarism, copyright infringement, not giving proper credit/royalties over the years for a number of these years, acknowledgement accomplishments or other's making out to be the original developer of the software/product ideas is also where plagiarism occurred to stealing your ideas. If contact from organisations has not been received also alterations or amendments for example to the website will also be noticed and questions regarding why this person was not contacted?

Due to my skills and knowledge I was able to work with a number of companies or enhance there forward thinking long term via social media, as a contractor I then worked with a number of organisations or companies providing new and different ways of increasing profitability/brand awareness in a number of industry's also own the copyright to.
